Hi. I just joined BCB a few days ago. I reached my WWG in Feb/05. I lost 34 lbs. I have maintained my weight loss for almost 2 yrs. But recently I have had a slump. I have gone to my monthly weigh ins and only this past month (Nov) did I have to pay because I was 2 lbs over. I thought by paying for gaining would give me a kick in the butt. But this site has been huge for changing my attitude (back to my earlier WW days).This is very good. I love reading some of the positive messages here. The information is so valuable.
