At my highest weight I was in a size 26, this is me today in my old 24 size pants...I wear a size 16 now. sorry i would have posted it in the showoff thread, but you are all my close buddies so I wanted to post it here.

Do you have any tips?The only tip I can give is- when you mess up....start all over RIGHT after you mess up...don't say well I already messed up today so I will just eat everything...suck it up and start over. that helped me a lot, same with a week, if you have had two bad days...don't throw the whole week away or it wont be pretty:D
