Morning everyone! Sorry I couldn't post yesterday but things were CRAZY, it was Nikolas (St. day) & here it's a big thing, the night before the kids boot thier boots outside & if they get filled they were good, if not well... Tuesday night while at 1st Comm. class the kids all got bags filled with goodies. Alex decided to eat his chocolate Santa (a large one at that) on his way home, needless to say he didn't feel like eating dinner & could not sleep the whole night. He laid on the couch with me watching TV. When he did go to sleep (in our bed) I went out & filled the boots up. Not too big Christopher got a recorder & Alex a compass, then chocolates. I normally get the little one a little Santa but dh got the chocolates this year & he got a standard one, which means rationing will be done!
I also think that after spending just about all night with us & going to bed about 5 minutes before we did Alex believes in everything again! Yesterday mil gave the boys gifts & one of the things Alex got was on his letter to Santa, I mentioned that & he looked at me & said "Momma, they can see EVERYTHING so they know I got it already!" He did leave a trap though, cute a question he expects answered! I've got it set in my phone so it will ding to remind me to get a note for Alex & put it in his stocking.
Yesterday I took the kids out for pictures with Nikolas (at the one place I can have it done!) What happens? They are closed, the shop is gone no more pictures. I was dissapointed to say the least but hopefully I'll get lucky & find somewhere else I can have it done.
Was out with mil as well. We went to a mini Christmas market since she was going to a concert last night. Next Wed. we are going to a major one not that far from here. I also think that on Monday Ergo is going to fall out & then we're taking the boys to Mainz to a Christmas market there.
I've been really good this week with working out & eating, even getting my 2fats in (I struggle with that at times.) I did sneak a peek at the scale & things look good, but won't know how good until I get there, keep those fingers crossed!
Bushra~I'm sooooooo sorry, you can see how out of it I was! Have you thought about what's been going on when you go threw these times? Have you thought about making a journal, not a food one but an emoitional one? It might help you to identify what's going on when you do this?
Salad was cute, hey ate least you know it's fresh!:D
Laura~Good for you staying Core!!! Okay Erotic Strip Poker huh? When were you planning on going for #3 again? Oh well it's called practice darling & we all know that makes perfect!:p
Okay now this sounds pretty fun, kinda like a Christmas market here, okay minus the freezing weather (that we don't have at the moment anyway.) Can't wait to go!
LD~I'm with you on the shopping! It really has become a sport, I'm doing my best to not buy anything but that doesn't mean I can't try on! Just you wait until I hit goal, then we're talking Zweibrücken here we come (outlet mall with all my favorite stores, I bought a Ralph Lauren bolero jacket reg:350€ for only 20€, can we say CHA CHING???)
I really want to see the Pats WIN on the 24th but I'm still not sure if they'll show it on our cable provider, I hope so but doubt it. I do know that no matter what game they show it will be on, driving fil up the wall (he doesn't understand the game & it's all in English.)
Jason Varitek, isn't bad looking (but his roster picture doesn't do him justice. He's also married, which makes him hands off for me, I'd never want to breakup a marriage. Tom on the other hand is single & well I really wouldn't be the one breaking up his marriage would I? Another plus, he has the same name as dh, so it's not like I could get confused "at the wrong time" if ya catch my drift:D
Nancee~Hope that you remembered everything today! The soup sounds like a good idea. Need to keep that in mind after Christmas (we're doing turkey.)
Dh has never been to a 'real' salon, he likes to hit the barbershop/chopshop or let me do it. I hate doing it since I do think it looks good at all. It's time for a change!
Mary~Sorry about your back, but there's no need to worry about ap's when your hurt (wasn't it you who said that to Bushra?) Take care of yourself, give your body time to rest, I know it's a PIA but it's something we all have to do. Hey, I had an idea about BIL, you said you took him some crosswords, have you thought about Sudko? I thought with him being an accountant he might like it since it's all about the numbers.
Melody~I think it's pretty much all kids that can drive parents crazy. Good job on the social! I also think that WI one day early is not a problem, you've made a plan for the upcoming week so stick with it.
I need to get a nice fall tablecloth, the ones here I really don't like (they have a grandma feeling to them.) I found a really nice one but there was no way I was going to pay the asking price for it.
NDLaura~WTG on the loss & hitting your water goal.
Michelle~Dh says I drool everytime Brady is on the tv. I can't help it his Momma fed him right!
Shilily~Huh? Did I miss something, your going back to work?? Cool 2 haircuts in the same week, I'll post my pictures if you post yours!
I'm glad that everyone liked my idea for dh's gift, I just hope he does. I told mil about it & she said it's what he needs & when I told my sister she said I was turning him into a woman, I just had to bust out laughing when she said that!
Okay gotta run, need to get the place in order & take a shower. I wanted to get my Bollyrobics in but I doubt it will happen with Christopher here. Hmm, think I might try it anyway, he loves to dance.

Hello ladies. Well I'm OP and did my 45 min on TM yesterday so I'm happy about that. Don't know if I'll get the time today. I'm going to be leaving soon for a major grocery shop for dinner I'm having on Saturday. Going to get some stuff done tonight and some tomorrow so that I'll just have the basic preparation to do on Saturday so going to be pretty busy next few days. I'll try to check in but can't promise. Kids are getting loads of Christmas cards from school and I havent even given them theirs to write yet. Did get their class lists so I'm sorta there. I'll see if they can do it tonight because from tomorrow morning I'm going to be stressed out and they know better to mess withme with a dinner party looming ahead. It's till miserable and raining. In the morning we had sunshine and blue skies and I was happy but now it's turned grey and miserable again.
Vicki....I know you and me are posting at the same time. Let's see who gets there first :)
Angel...good to see you and that you've got youreself back in gear. I have too and am planning ahead for the party for myself too. There are quite a few of us struggling at the moment. Let's all get our act together girls.
Michelle...Looks like you had a relaxing day yesterday, did it work out like that. I know when I have an easy day something always pops up and spoils it for me. Wow DH with flowers, any occasion or just because?? I wish my DH would do that more.
Laura....It was good to hear you were 100% OP food wise but you know some of those drinks have quite a whallop point wise, were you counting them? Let's have a good week, you and me ok? Hicups come along our journey again and again but it's important to get back on track ASAP because the longer to leave it the harder it gets to get back OP.
NDLaura...don't worry about it. Sometimes you do get forwards that you send ahead for others. I usually delete mine but sometimes I do that too. I have to admit I'm one of the people who does write back and ask people not to forward some emails to me, but I always do it in a nice way.
LD....thanks for the nice messages from you and well done on the awesome NSV. It was a great feeling for me when I started getting into my pants which I had'nt worn for ages and discard the ones which are now too loose. But your'e right, buying new clothes are a big up for me too. I've taken a raincheck on my anniversary present from my DH and plan ondoing that too next month for my birthday so that when I'm at my goal I'll have load of money to go for shopping for loads of new clothes. I've bought one great pair of jeans though, with embrodery on it on sale really cheap but in a small size. They are an American 10. I can put it on but can't button them up yet. I'm looking forward to when I can wear them.
Mary...don't rush into exercising with you back hurting. Make sure it's 100% before you do. It's so easy to damage it long term. Don't worry though, if you stay OP you'll still have a good week. Take it easy for a while and no stress:buddysmoo .
Shilily....Nice to see youposting and great job on the loss. You've done great with getting rid of the gain and then more. I wish I would do the same but I'm not getting my hopes up. Taking it one day at a time at themoment.
Ok it's almost 11.00 a.m and I best get my a** out a nd get the stuff I need for the dinner. Have a great day everyone.

Vicki....You beat me to it lol. I know what I do wrong. Whenever i have a big loss I start taking it too easy and have a gain the next week. I do it everytime. I have it figured out, just have to work on stopping myself doing it again.

Good morning ladies! It is a cold, crisp morning here. I think with the windchill factored in it is not suppose to get above 20 degrees today. I hate the cold or rather the cold hates me. It takes me forever to get warm once I get chilled. My daddy says it is b/c I have lost all of my insulation....he such a joker.
I did pretty well yesterday as far as being OP. I did opt for some vanilla covered pretzels, but I alotted points for them. My daughter is turning into quite the food pusher these days....she practically stuffed one in my mouth. No really, she did :)
I have not had a chance to study any of my materials yet. I am hoping to be able to do that over the weekend. We'll see. I have to go to one of the meeting places and pick up some forms to practice with. Anyway, I just hope I will be ready by the New Year.
Not much on the agenda today but parent's house for breakfast, work, trip to the grocery store, trip to the school to sign up DS for basketball, and later have to pick kids up from school so they do not have to walk in the cold. In between all that I might find time for a nap or a little studying.
ShiLily~Congrats on your loss! Great job!
Bushra~It seems that I have let the unfortunate circumstances in my life at the moment stray me from the program somewhat. But I am hoping that I have finally gotten my head on straight again. I have to remember life is always going to throw us a few curveballs and I need to be ready for them.
I must go. It is time to get the kids up and off to school. Everyone have a great day!

Morning ladies,
Yeah...I counted the drinks...but honestly they were being made and given out left and right...after a few I may have lost count. Last night while I was in my "mom" mode cleaning, bathing the kids and getting them all tucked in it hit me...I'm so not a party kind of person. Yes, I had fun...but not me. I kinda felt bad.
Bushra, I'm back and 100% OP. I honestly can feel a difference in the way I feel emotionally and physically when I'm OP as opposed to not being OP. I hate the way I feel when I'm eating bad. I'm with you though girl...I gotta kick myself in the hiney and get this weight gone!
Vicki, sorry Santa was not at your usual spot. I'm sure you'll get the pictures though. I still have to do the same...
Jeff wants to wait for #3 until the P.O calls, should be in the next few months...although he did just get a promotion...maybe I can talk him into sooner. Well, I guess the longer its pushed off the more time I have to lose this weight.
I'm glad Alex still believes...Alyssa does too. Yeah for kids still being allowed to be kids, seems like they are forced to grow up so much faster now a days.
Oh...update on my sister. She went to the Dr. on Tuesday, they are still gonna remove the mass but he said that its in her soft tissue and he thinks the chance of it being cancer is so slim that it's not even a concern for him. He just wants to remove it because it causes discomfort to her. So...THANKS to all of you for your prayers and thoughts!
Gotta run.

Sorry I have to be super quick this morning I slept in a little and have to hurry. Last night did not end up being a stay home night, the kids ended up having singing practice at church for the Christmas eve service. I took them in my pjs and *hanging my head in shame* I also went to the grocery store in my pjs.
I did Ab Sculpt before bed last night, but that was it for exercise yesterday, scheduled rest day.
Today is Couch to 5K, the challenge is I have to run by myself again!
Did I mention DH brought me a dozen roses yesterday? Sweet man! He is out of town overnight and won't be back til late tomorrow night.
OK really gotta go or I will not have time to shower and the people at work will probably not appreciate that!
Laura- Great news about your sister!
Shilily- Congrats on your lose that is fabulous!!!
Everyone else I'm thinking of you too!

Good morning all
Okay so I went to the Y yesterday the first time I have worked out (for real worked out) in countless years. I have used so many excuses not to go to the Y. Time time time and I was worried Isa wouldnt like the day care there (she loved it so much she threwe a fit when we tried to leave). Well excuses are over now. I am feeling it today my back is spasaming and legs a little sore but it FEELS GOOD. It also feels good to be on the weight loss trail. I was really down yesterday thinking about how much weight I have to lose and how long its gonna take me, but I wont lose anything if I dont start, right. I want to live so I have to lose weight if I keep gaining like I have been I will have a heart attack before Isabella graduates HS. So for her and for myself. :work_out:
Vicki- I dread the day Isa starts questioning Santa hopefully thats a ways off for me. Too bad about the santa pics but maybe you'll find a better place...
Bushra-Yeah actually I have emailed some people back about sending me hoax emails but usually I just delete them. I was just in a sensitive mood yesterday. I do that too when I have a good loss I start to relax then pay in lbs for it, glad youre back op
Angel- Are you going to be a WW leader??
Laura- Good for you for counting hte drinks (or as many as you remember LOL). Its good to break out of the mommy mode if even for a night. I am hoping #2 will be easier to concieve if I lose weight so I am losing to gain LOL. I am so glad to hear about your sister, still keeping her in my thoughts though.
Michelle- In your PJs LOL. Roses you lucky girl how nice. I have to order my own.
Shilily- Make with the pictures lady!!

Good evening ladies...
Just a quick note to say Hi! I've been at the school for 2 days working on the newsletter and i've made amazing progress. So, tomorrow morning i'll have time to go for my usual walk, shower and go to WI before i have to be back at the school. Also, i'm taking ds out of school at lunch to take him to his Dads. I honestly cannot sit in traffic tomorrow if i'm going to make it home in time to get dressed for the company christmas party. So, he can miss his Cross Country class for one Friday. But, they won't excuse him unless it is a valid excuse so i'm telling the school he has a dentist appt. He has a mouthful of braces, who's gonna argue with that??
And, i've been really good at staying OP the past few days also. Last nite when i was feeling super munchie i made some 94%ff popcorn and munched on that and no other junkfood.
Anyway... gotta run and get dinner going. We are having lotsa leftovers for dinner. Either we eat them or they have to go so that's the plan. Hope everyone is having a great OP day...
Oh, and pleaaaasssssseeee send skinny vibes!!
