Great chicken recipe, can anyone calculate points?

Hi everyone! I just found an awesome recipe for chicken. I modified it as best I could (the original recipe was HORRIBLE), and I'd like to figure out how many points it is. Any help you could give me would be great. It can serve either 4 or 6. If you could find points for both it would be great! Thanks!

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders
1 8oz pkg button mushrooms
2 c chicken broth
1 10 oz can artichoke hearts in water
4 Tbs I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (ICBINB)
1 Tbs ICBINB spray
3 Tbs flour
1 1/2 c fat free half and half (land o lakes)
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Melt 1 Tbs ICBINB and 1 Tbs ICBINB spray in skillet and saute mushrooms until soft. Set aside
3. Add chicken and 2 c chicken broth to skillet and simmer 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Save 1/2 cup chicken broth and throw the rest away. Set chicken aside in 9x13 glass baking dish.
4. Chop up artichoke hearts and spread over chicken.
5. Melt 3 Tbs ICBINB in skillet and whisk in 3 Tbs flour. Add in half and half and chicken broth and stir until thick (5 min.). Turn off heat and add in parmesan cheese and spices.
6. Pour sauce over chicken and spread mushrooms on top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
7. Serve.
