Ok, so I am starting Weight Watchers with the help of some friends instead of the program. I have a good idea as to how it works but I just don't know how many points I should have a day. I am a 5'2'' female weighing 158lbs. How do the exersize points work then? Or even flex points? Other than these questions, I am really excited!

:welcome: It's great you are starting the program with the support of friends. I always suggest that in order to really understand the program you attend at least one meeting. That way you can have the program explained to you and get the most current meeting materials.

I agree with attending a meeting and getting the start-up information they give when you join. I joined, got the information and still do not have all of my questions answered or system down. It takes time to get started and change the way you think and the choices you make. It takes time to get the junk food out of the house and convince my husband there will be no more cookies! Good luck!!!

Welcome.
I love the excitement of a new member we can all get some positive vibes and energy from you.
Getting to a meeting is a brilliant idea. The Getting started Session that the Leader will present to you will give you a much better start and the new program info will come directly from the people that did the science.
Good Thinking:salut
