I came up with what I think is a delicious desert. I can not figure out the point value. My master chef will not recognize Jello pudding.

I small pack of Instant Chocolate fat free..sugar free pudding
320 calories..0 fat.... < 1gr fiber

2 Cups Libby's 100% pure pumpkin
160 calories...2gr fat...20 gr fiber

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

I mixed it all together and made 6 servings.

I got 1 point each when I did. I added everything up and divided by 6. I am not sure if that is the way because it seems that 20 grams of fiber is alot. But individually it comes out to a little more than 3 gr of fiber a serving..

thanks for your help...diane

Are you sure about the NI for the pudding mix?
I've got a 4 serving (1.4oz) box of Jello Brand Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix here. Each serving (11g) is 35 calories 0 fat <1 fiber so the whole box is 140 calories 0 fat and lets just say 1 g fiber for the box.
Did you use 2 cups of pumpkin? or one 15oz can. Using 1 15oz can of Libby's Pumpkin where 1/2 cup (122g) is 40 calories, 0 fat, 5 fiber, the whole can is 139 calories, 0 fat, 17g fiber.
Combining those figures I get 279 calories, 0 fat 19g fiber for the whole thing. Divided by 6 servings I get 46.5 calories, 0 fat 3.17 fiber which comes to .3 points. 4 servings would be .6 points each, 3 servings would be 1.06 points each. So you could have 2 of your servings for 1 point unless your pudding calories are higher.

I may have to try this with cheesecake or white chocolate pudding...Joann's point value seems right.

thanks for sharing this great idea. YUMMY
