Pre Cancer lotion?

I have some pre cancer marks on my outside upper arm. Has anyone ever used this prescription lotion for this problem. My doctor prescribed this yesterday and from the looks of it, it will pretty uncomfortable before the area heals. If any one has had done this please let me know what to expect from the begining of use to what to expect at the finish.... thanks
