Need prayers please

My step dad's daughter was in a car accident in Pennslyvania yesterday. She is only 20 years old. She fell asleep and hit a concrete block wall. We're told that she's very seriously injured and may not make it. She has 2 fractured legs, a torn aorta & swelling on the brain. Please pray for a miracle.

That is so scary! Cars really scare me. I will say a prayer that she will pull through! Her angels are watching over her.
