I just made the best darn smoothie ever!

1 cup calorie countdown milk -- 45 calories = 1 point
1 container light FF/SF yogurt -- 1 point
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder -- 2 points
1 tbsp ground flax seed == ? 1 point
1 spoonful strawberries in SF syrup - ? points
3 ice cubes

I put all the ingredients in a blender and let it go for a minute or so. Thick, creamy, flavorful, and very very satisfying.

I dont really know the point counts for certain but I averaged it at 4. Even though the flax is a point it is all fiber so I think it can be subtracted from the total points??? If anyone comes up with a different count please let me know.
