I made the bubble up pizza recipe except altered it slightly and i'm having troubles figuring out the points. Here's what i used:

1 pound extra lean ground chicken
1 23oz(680mL) can Hunt's thick & rich original style sauce (125mL=80cal, 2gfat, 4gfibre)
2 340 gram tubes Pillsbury Country Biscuits, whole tube (12 oz tubes)
cooking spray
1 1/4 cups (125g) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese (30g=120cal, 8gfat, 0gfibre)

I cut it into 12 pieces.
If someone could help me that would be wonderful!

Thank you!
Steph

Do you have the Nutritional Info for the chicken and biscuits?
There can be a lot of variance in what is called lean ground chicken and I don't have the NI for those biscuits.

the extra lean ground chicken unfortunately did not come with nutritional information so in the future i'll have to try to make sure to get some with NI. As for the country biscuits, for one biscuit is 100cal, 4g fat, 0 fibre and there's 10 biscuits in a tube. I ended up figuring out 1/12th of a slice to be 7.5 points which i thought was quite high for the serving size but i suspect that's a result of the cheese and not knowing hte exact nutritional info for the ELground chicken. better safe than sorry.

There is one style of Pillsbury biscuit here in the US that is only 50 calories per biscuit. Here they are in the small blue tube. This is the best picture I could find, but I get them in the smaller tube since it's just me and DH.
