I saw a show on the food network last week and they were grilling fruit....all kinds. The best looked like the pineapple. You may want to go to foodnetwork.com and do a search on grilled fruit.

Try grilled plums -halved and pitted with a sprinkle of sugar or splenda if you like, they are so good- like having a pie without all the crust!

ive grilled apples before. they come out delicous. try putting chopped apples and chopped sweet onions (1015 onions) in a foil and grill. they come out really delicious.
i saw a show last week. the guy grilled bananas. he cut them in half, lengthwise and placed them directly on the grill. he then made banana splits from them. it looked really good but i havent tried it yet.

I have grilled fresh pineapple and it's great! It caramalizes slightly when cooked. I also make chicken or shrimp kebobs using apples or pineapple pieces.
At my last WW meetings, some members had made "banana splits" on the grill. They had made kebobs with pieces of banana, pineapple, and whole strawberries and grilled lightly. They served these with low-fat ice cream and a little lite chocolate syrup. Sounds great, huh?
My motto is, if you can eat it, try to grill it! Unless it will fall through the grate!!

Don't make a face, but trying the peaches with a little balsalmic vinegar. Put in on and let them sit before you grill. Makes them even sweeter...one of my summer favs.

POINTSŪ Value: 1
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 6 min
Cooking Time: 4 min
Level of Difficulty: Easy
This simple dessert is based on a fattening Italian classic. Grilling the peaches brings out their natural sweetness; chopped nuts provide great crunch.
Ingredients
2 sprays cooking spray
4 large peach(es), firm but ripe, cut in half, pits removed
2 Tbsp sliced almonds, natural, chopped
2 tsp honey, mild (such as clover honey)
Instructions
Coat a grill or a grill pan with cooking spray. Preheat to medium heat.
Place peach halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet; lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
Place peach halves on grill, skin sides down, and cook until skin starts to split, about 2 minutes. Using tongs, carefully flip peaches and cook, until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes more.
Remove peaches from grill and place on a serving plate; top each peach with 3/4 teaspoon of almonds and drizzle each with 1/4 teaspoon of honey. Yields 2 peach halves per serving.
