I posted this recipe in the Core recipe section:

Core Banana "Ice Cream"

Slice a ripe banana and freeze it. In a blender combine frozen banana slices with a little ff milk or soy milk till the consistancy of soft serve ice cream. Serve. It really tastes like ice cream and is totally core. Yum. :)
