Would someone be able to look-up on Mastercook as to how many points this receipe is? Also, I'm not sure how I would count a serving per cup, per weight, or what. Any ideas?

2 skinless chicken breasts: 10 3/4 oz. cooked

Baked Doritos: 3 servings: 120 cal. / 2 Dietary Fiber / 3.5 Fat

Hot Enchilada Sauce: Serving Size is 1/4 cup and Servings per container 6
35 calories / 1 Dietary Fiber / 1 Total Fat

Chili Powder: 1 tbsp.

6 slices White American Cheese: 60 cal. / 0 Dietary Fiber / 4 Fat

98% Cream of Chicken Soup: Serving Size 1/2 cup and Servings per contr 2.5
70 cal. / 1 Fiber / 2.5 Fat

Thanks for the help.

I ran it through MC.

The whole recipe comes to: 1613 Calories; 64g Fat (36.1% calories from fat); 120g Protein; 137g Carbohydrate; 17g Dietary Fiber; 277mg Cholesterol; 7419mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 14 1/2 Lean Meat; 2 Fat; 1 Other Carbohydrates.

So at 4 servings it would be 9 points each
Per Serving : 403 Calories; 16g Fat (36.1% calories from fat); 30g Protein; 34g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 69mg Cholesterol; 1855mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 3 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

At 6 servings it would be 6 points each
Per Serving : 269 Calories; 11g Fat (36.1% calories from fat); 20g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 46mg Cholesterol; 1236mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 2 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

Mastercook is software that you can enter recipes into. It has a database of foods and you can add your brands' nutritional info. When you enter a recipe you can calculate the Nutritional info from which you can calculate points. There is a forum in the recipe boards all about it.
