Has anybody come up with a low point version of the Shamrock Shake that McDonald's makes at this time of the year?

It was the one and ONLY thing that I'd ever step foot in there for...lol!!

Not fimiliar with that shake but the WW blizzard is delicious made with the SF FF pitachio pudding

1 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp. dry SF ff pudding mix Any flavor
2 Tbsp. Frozen cool Whip
6 ice cubes
Put all in the blender and blend until thick. This is excellent with Pitachio pudding!

Hi! you can probably get that recipe on the copy cat website http://www.CopyKat.com they have so many great restaurant recipes on there that Hubby, and I don't even go out to dinner anymore their Olive garden recipes are wonderful as well as the chili's boneless buffalo wings a rare treat. But because you have the recipes at your finger tips you can make them ww friendly. just thought you would like to know. Hailey

I agree that the recipe for the WW blizzard with the pistachio pudding would probably be very close. I am going to add a dash of almond extract to mine as well.

Another idea is to substitute the mint and splenda with SF Mint syrup (Torani or Davinci) hth

Alright, someone is reading my mind! I was thinking of how much I love the shamrock shake, but wouldn't get it this year as I don't want to waste my points!

Thanks so much for the recipe! I am going to try it this week! :buddysmoo

I am drinking this right now. I doubled it

2 cups ff milk-got both my dairy in for the day
small package ff sf vanilla pudding
2 tsp vanilla
14-16 ice cubes
2 sf starlight mints
3 drops of green food coloring

Threw it all in a blender.

It is really good. I bet nobody would know the difference if you handed this to them and said it was a shamrock shake. I am a core girl so this fits in nicely. Definitely a great fix for those other not good for you shakes.....It isn't even St. Patrick's Day and I am loving it!!!!!
Thanks for posting this!!!
