I've been making these for awhile now and they are SO good!
Mix together (per packet):
1 Chicken breast
Any veggies that you like (Brocolli,carrots,corn,peppers,mushrooms)(Frozen works well, as does fresh)
Add your favorite spices (I like basil, paprica, pepper, and garlic salt)
Top it off with some fat free I can't believe it's not butter
Put your mixture onto tinfoil and fold it over until you have a completely sealed packet. Grill for about 15-20 minutes on low heat or until the chicken is cooked through. Open packet and enjoy! The chicken is extremely moist and the veggies get cooked perfectly! Points will vary depending on what all you use in your packet. If you put more veggies than chicken you can have a HUGE dinner for pretty low points. This is a quick and easy recipe that has a really low clean up afterwards. What's awsome is that everybody can create their own packet and if they aren't on WW they can choose what they want in their dinner without having an impact on your points.
