Hi everybuddie,

How did WI go today? If the scale went up or down is not so important as how we view it. I'm finally beginning to internalize the fact that if this is truly my new way of life, then one day's number on the scale is not going to determine my future success. So let us all resolve to document our weight so that we can keep accountable to ourselves and then move on.

Having said that, I'm down 1 lb. this week.

FINALLY, I have a loss to report! It's only taken 3 weeks of POP eating and exercise!

Down, 2.8# which is 7.6# total! On my way to reach 10# (16#) by April 1st!

Amy, congrats on the great loss.. I knew that ol' scale would catch up with you eventually! :strong:

I was down .5 lb this morning.

I agree with you, Sabrina. I used to find it frustrating that I did the plan the same way every week, but the scale didn't respond consistently. This time around I'm accepting the idea that my body changes in mysterious ways. My trend lately seems to be alternating between very small losses and large ones. Last week I was down .2, but this week I'm down 4!
