Okay, last week ran away from me in many, many ways (for instance, I wrecked my car). I have kicked myself thoroughly and am back in control, and this time I will earn my 15 APs if I have to forgo sleep to do it!
My plan:
Monday: 60 minutes bike (4 APs) - DONE!
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Yard Work (1 AP) + 60 minutes bike (4 APs) - DONE!
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 60 minutes bike (4 APs) - Didn't do it
Saturday: 40 minutes bike (3 APs) - DONE!
Sunday: 40 minutes bike (3 APs) - DONE!

Awww, you can always take a nap! Way to get back on track. I found myself this morning after walking still feeling like I needed to do more, so looks like on days I don't do Curves I am increasing my time to 40-45 minutes instead of 25-30. This should shake up my weight loss a little.

I'm fine. Thanks so much for your concern. The accident was thankfully very minor. A spider crawled on me on the freeway and distracted me. (Where's the stark terror smiley?) I couldn't stop in time. The other guy's car is fine, but my little Mazda got a bit crunched. Unfortunately, this is our third insurance claim this year (1st one that was actually my fault), so our rates are going to go up. That, and everyone wanted to comfort me with food. As if I wasn't stressed enough!

So glad you're OK Amy! Darn those spiders anyway  (I'm sure I would have done the very same thing!)

I know I'm posting this a little late but here is what I did this week. It wasn't as much as usual because of being out of town for work.
Sunday - rest day
Monday - Curves advanced
Tuesday - The Biggest Loser High Impact cardio
Wednesday - off (although I was training this day so I was on my feet and walking all around the classroom for a couple of hours)
Thursday - off
Friday - The Biggest Loser Low Impact cardio
Saturday - off
I am soooo ready to get back to my normal exercise routine :strong:
