C'mon guys! Surely kcityroller, BurlingtonCTMan and myself aren't the only ones exercising!

----------------

This week I've decided to stop trying to plan my workouts in advance as I always end up changing something. I'll still exercise of course, but I'll just update my list after the fact. :)

S: Workout on home gym DONE!
M: Exercise bike DONE!
T: Rest day
W: Workout on home gym DONE!
T: (unscheduled) Rest day (long story)
F: Workout on home gym DONE!
S: Exercise bike DONE!

Hmmm... looks like I'm working out by myself this week. http://hoosierdaddys.homestead.com/Smilies/weightlifter.gif

Only been exercising according to Drs. Orders. I guess every little bit helps.
Last week I was walking 20 minutes per day...this week I'm up to 30 minutes.

I'm supposed to increase every week...as long as I feel good.

Now, combining the walking with the weight loss should show some positive results in the weeks to come. Only time will tell !

Hey, don't sell yourself short... 30 minutes a day is great!

I just finished up 35 minutes with Jillian. (my recumbent bike)
That wraps up my exercise routine for the week.
