I just got back from two weeks in the Bahamas, and I lost 4 lbs. That put me at 10% and 25lbs. We walked everyday along the beach many times. I cant believe it actually worked.
I also cant believe that WW is working, and I am actually loosing weight. I have felt so helpless being fat. Im sure some of you can relate. Its a great feeling knowing that I am on my way to being thin. I cant wait. I have 50lbs more to go. I think though once I break 200, I'll feel like im on the home strech.
Perseverence is the hardest thing for me. Day in and day out. The actual diet is easy, its the stick-to-it-ivness part that is hard.
What are your thoughts? Can anyone relate?

WTG Robert! 10% is a big milestone.
I think I'm even more impressed that you lost over a two week vacation!
http://hoosierdaddys.homestead.com/BcB/bravo.gif I'd say you've got plenty of stick-to-it-ivness!

Boy, can I ever relate to what you're saying. I hit my 50# goal today and I still can't believe it! WW rocks! I've never had this much success before on any other program. Keep up the hard work. You're doing great! :)

GREAT JOB ROBERT! While some people might have thrown their diets to the side while on vacation, you showed amazing stick-to-it-ivness. Congrats! I salute you! :bcbsalute - John
