Hello Veggies,

I made some great soup, called "Three Sisters Soup". Supposedly Native American inspired.

It had squash, beans, corn, mushrooms, thyme and oregano, plus a little cornmeal to thicken. Really tasty too, and not many points per cup, for the amount of fillingness. (Is that a word?)

Brownies were my downfall this weekend at a party... winter is a rough time to maintain!

Hey Soya, that stew/soup sounds pretty good. Would you mind posting the recipe?

I have been experimenting with vegetables from Chinatown. I love, love snow pea leaves steamed with a bit of garlic. I also have some baby bok choy that I am going to cook up tonight with some chopped tofu and green onion and various spices.

As for the brownies, time to make a plan and stick to it, buddy! I am having similar troubles with the cold weather. I seem to want to fuel up on sugary carby food, which I do not want to do. Time for me to make a plan and stick to it!
