MO:First WI post Thanksgiving

I had my first weigh in today since Thanksgiving. I lost 3.9 pounds. Total loss of 43.6 pounds now. How did you guys do?

I stayed the same this week which is better than gaining I guess.

Thanksgiving dinner killed me but I did do 35 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the eliptical before going to dinner. Next week will be better.

WI today 2 lbs. down from last Wednesday, my last WI before Thanksgiving. I am pretty happy with the 2 lbs. since it means I survived 3 Thanksgiving Dinners!

down 2 pds, 80.2 total, 313 overall, i fell off the wagon a little on turkey day... then walked 12 miles on friday so looks like it evened out.
