I did the three step-on-the-scale average and it lowers it...that and I had a BM, so I'm re-reporting. :) I haven't weight 239 since January, 2002. Woo-Hoo!
Still trucking along!
2 MORE pounds gone this week. Surprised as I dropped 8.5 last week from the hospital stay. Guess I'm banking up loss before the holidays hit. While the
loss is good, I'm starting to wonder if it's too much right now.
Anyways, just happy to be a loser. 38 pounds gone since 1/3/05.

37 lbs is great.
I just started Thursday so I know this is the new diet quick success that many experience, but my SW was 314 and my CW is 306. Not too bad for 4 days.
By the way, Panera Bread Rocks. If any of you have one around their Cuban Black Bean soup (it has chicken in it) is really really good and only has 4 points.

While the

Auble07 thanks for the Panera tip - I have friends that love to eat there and I am generally afraid of restaurants. Also congratulations on your success so far - welcome to the gang!
