I've had to go thru several different leaders lately and it seems like the one that I liked best always had a good sense of humor. Not like a stand-up comedy routine or anything, but just something funny now and again to keep everyone awake.

One of the things I don't like is when one of them used to make everyone stand up and repeat "I am special. blah, blah, blah. I am worth it." Sure, it may be true, but that just makes me feel like a dork. I dunno... maybe it works for some folks.

I didn't like the scorning when I would lose 3-5 pounds in a week and hear the murmurs about being a man. Hey, I stuck to the program. I believe if everyone stuck to the POINTS counting religiously and didn't "flex" their way around the plan, WW would have more pounds lost by both sexes on a weekly basis.

Glenn, I hear those murmurs too but at least the women aren't booing me like they did CW.
(all in good fun I'm sure) ;)

Accountability.
Excellent point. I know a lot of people have done well with the WW@home plan, but I need to step up on those scales once a week. At least at this point in my journey.
