I guess if I had to sum it up... you have to be "mature" to suceed. We talked about the things kids say that they don't want to do or rather do instead of what they need to or have to.

We had a guest leader..she was great....wish she would stay. LOL :)

Ours was the same.

Positive self talk:
if we are childish and say "we don't wanna" do something, then we also need to find our "mature" self and find healthy reasons for why we are doing what we are doing. Example: If we say "I don't wanna eat my 5 fruits/vegetables" - we need to find our mature self and tell ourselves that by eating 5 fruits and vegetables, we will be healthier. we had several examples of this...it was great.
