I got these recipes off the Columbo Plain Yogurt (large size) -- I've made it with different fruit (banana, pineapple, or strawberry, but points are different depending on which fruits you use) and it's awesome!!

Smoothie #1
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 banana
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup passion or tropical fruit concentrate (in freezer, like lemonade)

Blend on high until ice is crushed.

Servings: 3
Points: 4

200 cal., 1 g fat, 3 g fiber, 8 g protein

Smoothie #2
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz peaches in light syrup (drained)
8 oz crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
5 ice cubes

Blend on low 1 min until ice is crushed.


Experiment with different fruits to reduce point count. These are so unbelievably delicious and nutritious (my DD loves them).
