Sunday-20 minutes on the air walk

Monday-45 minutes on treadmill

Tuesday-taught spin class

Wednesday-taught spin class and did weights

Thursday-rest

Friday-42 minutes on treadmill

Saturday-1 hr. spin class and did weights

I'm in too!

Sunday - nothing, no time...does babysitting count??

Monday - 30 mins LifeCycle (8.5 miles) = 4 AP's

Tuesday - 30 mins LifeCycle (8.5 miles) = 4 AP's

Wednesday - 15 mins LifeCycle/15 mins jogging = 4 AP's

Thursday - 30 mins LifeCycle (8.5 miles) = 4 AP's

Friday - nothing...I worked 14 hours.

Saturday - 35 mins walk (am), 15 mins jogging & 20 mins LifeCycle = 6 AP's

Total: 22 AP's for the week (but I only count gym stuff, not walking around and moving stuff)

Sunday- ...30 minutes running after kids to get them out the door to church...does this count?

Monday-60 minutes at womans circuit training gym! 5 ap's

Tuesday-60 minutes at gym 5 ap's

Wednesday-60 minutes at gym 4 ap's

Thursday-50 minutes at gym, 60 minutes at wally world pushing cart filled to the BRIM.... 6 ap's

Friday-50 minutes 4 ap's

Saturday-Day of rest, MY FOOT ~ 4 hours of WALKING AT THE STREET FAIR! 7 ap's

Sunday 2 hours walking 2 ap's

I'm definitely onboard with this. . .not sure if I'll post correctly!


Sunday:

Monday: 1-1/2 mile walk outside this a.m. (9,991 Steps)

Tuesday: 30 minute exercise DVD (10,639 Steps)

Wednesday: (thought I posted this. . .I think it was a little over 8,000 Steps)

Thursday: (8,336 Steps)

Friday: Exercise video, 3 miles, 50 min. (15,427 Steps) (I'm a little tuckered out tonight!)
