Here is my plan for today:

coffee w/ff creamer
Creamy bulgar

fruit salad

L:
Basil Chicken w/rice (4 fp)

D:
2 garden burgers
homemade pinto beans
corn

S:
pineapple

My plan for today:


Breakfast: (6)
small apple, 2T natural PB

Snack: (3)
Kashi Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
5 strawberries

Lunch: (6)
2 oz lean turkey on whole grain bread
1t hummus instead of mayo
orange

Snack: (6)
small apple
before Curves:
2 RF string cheeses, 7 RF triscuits

Dinner: (7)
grilled chicken 2/misted EVOO and herbs
1 cup brown rice
2 cups broccoli with ICBINB
Pts = 28 (target)

I'm COREing it this week:


B-3 egg whites/ 1 whole egg scrambled w/salsa
1 Grapefruit

L- Salad with Chicken and avocado, olive oil and vinegar

S-popcorn

D-chicken breast, veggies, baked potato

Lunch
WW Schewan Chicken (sp) - 4

Snack
Pumpkin Spice Muffin - 2 (Unbelievably good if you like Pumpkin!)

Dinner
Sweet and Sour Chicken (1/3 recipe) - 4
Rice - 3
Egg Rolls (I use the points because I LOVE them) - 6

Workout 457 calories burned and sweat like a marathon race so took 3 AP Pts

Breakfast:
Coffee
1 point bar: 1

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Green salad with tuna made with smart beat mayo (ff)
honey mustard squares: 2

Snack:
pear and ff cottage cheese

Dinner:
All Beef Champion chili

Dessert:
Lemon ff / sf pudding

Edited my post because I got invited out to lunch :). They were going to Thai, so I knew that would be safe! not to mention YUMMY!!

Sauteed Brussel Sprouts in mustard
baked potato w/ a couple sprays of ICBINB
