Good Morning Ladies.

I need to move my early morning days! It figures, the only 2 nights that I really have a show on TV and they are both the night before I have to be in at 6! :(

I am pretty beat this morning. You know you are up too early when the local news isn't even on yet. I really don't want to work 6-5 today. I am really not caring who I piss off either. If we have to rotate this umongst 2 people and we don't get anything extra out of it, guess what?!?! I am leaving at around 3.

Oh, I was right on my present......I got this really nice Eddie Bauer fanny pack with 2 water bottles! I guess that is good just in case. I also got roses. My mom had gotten me the BSS4 early :D and she also bought me this cute purse.

CHRISTIE- Nope....it wasn't too late to put a donation in....and I THANK YOU very very much.

Well I have to start getting ready for work. It's a sweats kind of day. hehe

Everyone have a great one!!!

I am blue, it is Monday morning again, why does that keep happening? I slept late Sat and Sunday, felt very good, Saturday I did nothing all day except laundry, that felt good too. Yesterday we went to see The Interpreter, it was pretty good. This week will just about finish all our planting, then we can get down to a regular routine, yeah.

Jen: I hope that you get to get off early, glad that you had a good Mother's day.

All my other buddies, have a great OP day and week.

Morning Ladies,

Not much on my agenda today. I should be hearing from the construction guys today to come over and finish laying the patio. I also might not, waiting to get the big blowoff one of these days arrrrgh. Yesterday was very nice. We had breakfast out and then the air conditioning guy came while Jeff was at softball. He should be back to fix it this week. I had a tiny resentment about Jeff's team playing on Mothers Day (they usually don't) but it worked out. After that we watched an old movie with Arnold Schwarz...and Danny DeVito called Junior..the one where Arnold gets pregnant. We all laughed our sides silly. I worked out last night and boy let me tell you..its been awhile and I lost alot of strength. I'm sure I'll get it back, but it was nice to get some weights up again! Tonight is Cory's orchestra concert. I'm excited for him..big night for the big cheese. He's exhausted... The Bigger Cheesehead..that would be dad, said he could watch "The Contender" with us last night and little cheese didn't get to bed until 10 pm...we didn't start watching until 9 pmish. Oy...I can already tell the boy is a bear today.

Anyway girls...I'm off to plan my meals today, Have a great OP day!

Hugs, Jilli

Hey all! It looks like everyone was busy this weekend with Mother's Day and such. DH was such a sweet guy yesterday. He let me sleep late, made all the meals, and took the kids out for a couple of hours. He also did all the laundry. What a great man. They got me a new exercise outfit and two new books for Mother's Day. We took our trip to Legoland and to Munich. We had a great time but it rained for a lot of the weekend. I hope the weather picks up soon. It was in the 40s here. Have a great day!

Good morning all:)
It feels like ages since I've been around. I just wanted to say hi from my parents'. We got back from my brother's yesterday. My nephew is A-dorable- a total mininature of my brother minus the glasses. His baptism went well. The funniest was when Ryan spit his binky out in the font.
Taylor's recital was great! My ballerina was her normal bubbly self- not shy at all around 600+ people.

Jilli- Hi Dolly! Hope all is well w/ you. I'm way out of the loop. Hope to get a chance to read some old posts soon to catch up w/ you!

Wishing everyone well. The girls are fighting already this a.m. Luckily they've been really well-behaved so far. Have a great MOnday all!!!!!

Good Morning Buddies,

I hope that you all had a wonderful Mother's day and spent it with your own Mom's or with your special families.

We had a great day, went to church, came home changed and went shopping, out to lunch, then back home for a nap for momma, woke up and went back to church for the evening service. They had given me a gift certificate for whatever I wanted at a certain store. LOVE THAT!! I picked out a beautiful windchime that is called Corinthian Bells. Beatiful sounding chimes. Can hardly wait to put them up. Saturday DS13 and I went and did a little shopping and I finally used my Bath and Body gift card that I got last JUNE 5th. I now have the cutest colorful handbag and three new choices of Sun~Ripened Raspberry Lotion, Body spray and Shower Gel!! MMMM~ I also smelled one that is Lemon Meringue~ and it actually made my mouth water and want pie so I left it there and ran.......The other scent was Coconut Lime MMMMM...Very refreshing. I have something to look forward to if I keep being good with my exercise and eating.

Well I had better get moving for now, I have two twin 5 year olds girls coming to play today and DS5 is special child at school today so I need to get his snacks and things ready to go. Workout is first though so that it does not get thrown to the wayside!! :D

Check back later for personals......

Hugs to all and have a great day!!

Good Morning Buddies!

In my hotel room here in Atlanta. I packed my WW lunch for the airplane ride yesterday with every intention of eating it, but then they had these snack packs on the plane…..wheat crackers and about a tablespoon of spreadable cheddar cheese, raisins AND 2 Oreos!!!! I haven’t had real Oreos in forever, and they sat in my seat pocket for a long time before I broke down and ate them!!!! I figured it was Mom’s day, and there I was away from my family, AND when they made me my strawberry cream cheese stuffed French toast that morning, they used the FF kind for only 40 cal per serving, AND I got up and did my 3 mile jog, (where I found a 20 dollar bill laying on the trail!!!), so I thought it would be OK if I ate them.

Need to focus on getting in my water…always hard to do when you are on the road. There was no bottled water in any vending machines here at the hotel, so it’s been yummy tap water!!! I am spending all day with a prospective client, and have not been there before, so I have no idea what they have on tap for vending machines or lunch options. I know they have their own in-house cafeteria, but who the heck knows what’s available!!! Plus tonight some co-workers are taking me to a Tapas bar, so lots of unknowns on tap for today. All I can do is focus on trying to make the best food choices I possible can, and up my exercise when I get back home tomorrow!!

Everyone have a great OP day!

:workout: Good Morning Buddies>>>>>>>>

Beautiful morning here......just wish it wasnt Monday already. I had such a nice weekend....and now it is back to the same old same old.........
I had GREAT workouts Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings......but I think they felt better because I wasnt on a time schedule with them........I was able to take my time and really feel the burn, without looking at the clock to hurry up and be somewhere as soon as I was done. I just enjoy those early morning routines!

Not much on the agenda today except to go pay a few bills and catch up on a load of laundry.
It is supposed to be pretty nice out today (80 degrees)! So maybe I can get outside to wash a few windows today too!..lol

Oh well, it was a nice thought right? lol........ok.......well, I will try and check back in later to say Hi to everyone!

---Hey Bluff.........nice to see you again......I was wondering how you've been doing?

NEWBIE alert! Wanted to introduce myself - Brandi. Married, DD4 and DS2. Joined WW 3 weeks ago - 3rd weigh in today and I am loving it!
Before I forget - Wendy - the lemon pie thing. I smelled a Yankee candle that was buttercream and I promptly made a cake after that. (B4 WW) However - try this for a treat on weekends Crystal Lite lemonaid flavor or any other SF lemonaid drink mixed with FF coolwhip. Crust of your choice then freeze. Makes a really good lemonaid pie we used to get full calories at a buffet when I was little.

Mother's Day was a weekend event for me. I LOVE MY HUSBAND. Friday date night to see Kingdom of Heaven and eat at Olive Garden (saved my points and ate smart), Saturday was breakfast at home, great coffee then off to community wide garage sales (DS got football pads and looked adorable), naptime and it was rainy here (HEAVEN!), picnic outside for lunch and then hung out at the hot tub cooking homemade hamburgers for dinner. Sunday was a great church service, lunch at Applebee's (LOVE this place), toy store outing for the kids (without them I wouldn't be a Mom), logging onto this board while DH put kids down for nap, dinner with his Mom at our house and finished off the evening with National Treasure. The best Mother's Day I have had! (Last year I would have begged him to take them for the weekend, so I am glad for this change of heart. :)

I am really looking forward to holding myself accountable on this site. I really need it. My DH is SO supportive, but you need people who really understand - age, children, weight struggles, WOMEN - etc.

Have a wonderful OP day!

Hi everybuddy :bcbsalute

Welcome, Brandi! This is the place to stay for accountability and gentle kicks when needed - just keep posting and we'll get to know you better. Sounds like your Mother's Day was just lovely!

Mine was nice, too - I had a "momlette" served to me in bed, with some strawberries and orange slices, and my kids (DD11 and DS10) made me some really funny sculpey creations for my desk at work. Went to my sisters for dinner with my mom (lasagna, salad, bread, and fruit tarts - I had a big salad, some lasagna, and half a tart and felt like I would burst!)

Back to work today, and karate tonight - better get some stuff done before my usual call with the boss man!

Have a great OP day everyone!

Good Morning ladies!

Not moving to quick today, don't know what's wrong with me! I started to get a migraine last night so I took a Vicodin and still feel groggy I guess! I think I'm going to skip WI today, I just have enough energy to get to the market and see what my menu's are going to look like for the week.
Sounds like everyone had a nice Mother's Day. We ended up grilling some chicken and carne asada! yummy! We had a nice day. DH got me a beautiful silver bar necklace from Tiffany's it's wonderful! I love it!
I need coffee...............hello to everyone and have a wonderful monday!
Be back later!

Morning everyone. I hope everyone had a great Mother's day. Mine was lovely as well. Ds made me a homemade terra cotta potted plant at school...they decoupaged it with colored tissue paper, it was adorable. Dh actually bought me a present from the two of them for the first time in a decade (first time we've had some cash, lol). He was so afraid I wasn't going to like it. It's a casio watch, purple, of course. He said that I always buy these awful 5 dollar watches that I beat the heck out of (which is why I buy 5 dollar watches) and he wanted me to have a good one that will last. Nice sentiment. We went out to dinner on Saturday night instead of Sunday, which was also nice, we like a nice quiet Sunday evening around here. Yesterday DS and I pulled all the dead stuff out of the front garden bed and planted some portulaca. He was so excited to find some worms in the soil, he sang a little song to them, and asked them to make nice new dirt for our baby plants :) just too cute. It already looks SO MUCH better without the dead stuff in there. I still have more to do, like revive the orange tree in the back yard, but it was nice to feel a sense of accomplishment, and I'm sure the uppity homeowners assoc is thrilled.

So, I weighed in this morning, and am FINALLY down 2 lbs. Thanks for all the help, advice and encouragement. It's SO HARD to eat more. I looked at my week after tracking everything, and it looks like this:
M-19, T-23, W-24, Th-28, F-24, Sa-38, Sun-31. So, I think I averaged out the week. I earned ~25 AP's, so I might be a little low still, but the result was much better than it has been.

Jen-congrats on the race. In Albany, NY, we had something called the Friehofer's (like entennmen's) Run for the Cure before the Komen Foundation got so big. I always wanted to do it, and everyone joked about it and called it the run for the donuts, because at the finish buffet there were TONS of Friehofer's donuts and cakes. I hope you had a good time watching the derby and it didn't cause too much of an uproar for your mother's day weekend.

Jilli-you sound like you're on the mend girl. Nice to work out again, isn't it. I remember that feeling of losing so much ground when I was so sick after Devon was born...heck, I couldn't lift an 8 pound baby. It was awful. It comes back quickly though. Have fun watching your baby boy tonight.

Gotta run and wake my baby boy up for school and get ready for the gym. 3 weeks left of school... I just can't believe that Kindergarten is almost done.

Have a great day everyone

~Sue

Hi all. Just wanted to pop in and let all of you know that my dads biopsy came back negative :). Great news!!

Other than that, it's been a quiet, relaxing weekend. DH made me Jamacian Curry Chicken last night. It was sooooo good! And very point friendly. Good thing because I really wanted a piece of Key Lime Pie. I saved 10 pts for that tiny piece of pie :). I don't think I've had real Key Lime Pie since I started WW nearly three years ago!

Things are still nuts here with work and planning the Sweet 16 party. I will touch base with all of you later taters.

Gina

JILLI: Wishing you luck with the contractor today! Happy to hear you did a workout - take is slow friend.

BATB: I hope you feel better.

Monday morning again? Well, it sounds like everyone had a great mothers day, mother or not. Good deal. I had a great one myself. Got to sleep late, got up and went out to eat lunch, came home, and DH, me, Dalton and Biscuit went out on the boat for some afternoon fishing. So much fun. Biscuit decided she wanted to make a dive into the lake, swam to shore, into some major brush and slime, and couldn't get back. DH had to hold my feet while I leaned over into it, and drug her back in the boat. She didn't try that again. :)

Our baseball birthday party went good. Spent most of the night out in the front yard watching the kids play, and all of the dads singing old Journey songs! It was too funny. Before we went, we stopped at Albertsons so I could pick up some beer for DH (he never drinks, but hey) and while I was checking out I hear from behind me "**** girl, you really know what to drank!" I turn around to see this man (missing a front tooth) with his cart full to the top with the same kind of beer as my little 6 pk. Then he proceeds to ask me how I am going to pay for it, because I "can't be no older then 19!" I am CLEARLY not 19. So I leave, and DH and the kids are pulling up to pick me up, and hillbilly man comes driving by whistling and says "Baby, you really are super good lookin'" Let me tell you, I was so turned on by this. JUST KIDDING! Some guys are just so gross. DH was just laughing his head off. Glad he thought it was funny!!

Did get to Curly Hair Product #6 and #7! First was Joico's K Pac Elixer Creme, and Curling Spray. Together they cost about $30.00 for 3 oz of each YIKES! and I didn't get any better result out of them than any of the others. Then I tried Fructise- Smoothing Milk. It was only $3.00 at Wal Mart. It was okay, but I think I am still going to stick with the Noodle Head. (Wasn't this the first one I tried?!) go figure. So, if anyone would like to try any of the ones I still have, let me know, and I'll ship it to you! My cabinets are really getting full now! :)

Anyways, I have really got to jet. I'll try to be back later as usual!

Good morning everyone. Just a flyby for me today. Still feeling pretty low.

Had a good mother's day. Made a really good cake from premade angel food cake, with layers of ff whipped cream mixed with ff plain yogurt and sf/ff lemon pudding mix, then refridgerated for 24 hrs. Yummy and low pt.

Welcome Brandi and congrats to Sue on your loss. Have a good day everyone.

Morning ladies,

Sounds like everyone had a nice Mother's Day, we deserve it! Not feeling so great today, my asthma is acting up again, and to top it off I couldn't find my inhaler this morning. Had to take some pills...they work so much slower:( Hope I feel better by this afternoon, maybe I can make it to the gym after work. I took 1/2 day off on Friday, to go shopping for myself as part of my mother's day gift. I loved it, it's so nice to shop alone. Not having to push that stroller around and no one to rush me was really nice:p Sunday, we had a nice lunch and just hung out and watched movies at home. I LOVE my family:D . My mommy is not here, but she is coming down for DS's graduation in a couple of weeks, so I get to celebrate with her then. Can't wait to see her and my sisters.

Hello's:

Angela: LOL! at your beer-buying experience. So glad to you had such a nice day.

Gina: Wow! sounds like DH went all-out, good for you buddy. My DH can't cook an egg! but he knows where all the good restaurants are!

Mama: WTG on that workout!

Sue: Great loss buddy! You girls make me feel so guilty, seems like everyone is working on their lawns. Our lawn is mostly brown, b/c it doesn't rain much in S. Texas and we have a couple of rose bushes, that's about it. DH and I are just not talented in that area.

Barb: Hope you feel better sweetie.

Bookowl: Enjoy your karate tonight, have a great day!

BKK: Welcome, post often so we can get to know you! You will fit right in!

Andro: WTG on the weekend workouts...enjoy the nice weather.

Happybunny: Girl, I had to laugh at that whole oreo thing...great justification. A woman after my own heart:D

Wendy: What a neat mother's day...have a great OP day!

Bluff: Hi sweets, sounds like you're doing well. Glad your little ballerina did great at her recital.

LoriT: Hope you're day is not too hectic, buddy.

Smashde: Have a wonderful day!

Lizzy: Sorry about your day yesterday...hope things work out for you.

Jilli: Sounds like you're getting back to your old routines...that's really good to hear.

Jen: So happy that you had such a nice mother's day...hope you can get out early today!

To all my other buddies logging in after me...happy OP day!

Happy Monday everyone!

Monday has always been my favourite day, the promise of a whole new week in which anything can happen, and these days, I hang on to that even more lol. So far my Monday has gone pretty well, I weighed in this morning and was down 2.5!! That might be my biggest loss ever on WW. I had a horrible sleep lastnight, lots on my mind...oh well. It'll all work out I'm sure. Thankfully it's another sunny day. This afternoon I plan to go out and clean up the beds in the front yard, we have a lot of bushes out there and the beds are chock full of leaves and stuff. I raked the lawn on Saturday so this will be the finishing touch.

Kind of on the fly this morning, so I'll just wave  and get on my way to (oooo) cleaning the bathroom! Happy OP days to you all and I hope your weeks are full of promise!

Hey Buddies! Sounds like you all had a good Mother's Day. I did also. My DH let me go shopping and I went and picked up his sister and we ended it with Applebees for lunch. I had the Chicken sandwich for 7 points and the onion soup for 3 points. It was really good. I had put a roast in the crockpot before leaving. I only had carrots and potatoe and a salad. They all loved the roast. I have to weigh in on wednesday this week due to work schedule. I work 2 11-7 shifts this week. I hope I don't blow it on those nights.

Good Luck to all,

Good Morning all!

STILL dissertating!

Today is weigh-in. We shall see how it goes. I ate very healthfully this week, and went on 3 walks, which ain't much, but it's better than I've managed in a while, honestly. And TOM is o-ver, thankfully. In other words, I have high hopes for a loss. I'd really love to see the 150's go bye-bye quickly over the next month or so-- and to get down to my first 10%! at 151 That will be really exciting.

By the by-- Made the Triple B muffins again-- they are a HIT. Tried fiber one this time (even higher fiber than All Bran extra fiber), and I think they taste better! If you haven't tried them, do. And if you haven't gotten yourself any silicone bakewear yet, then DO. I tried out my new silicone muffin pan last night, and I am awed. Those little suckers popped right out, all brown and perfect with absolutely NO grease or paper cups. Fabulous invention.

Jen-- You're very welcome. It was a little gift from the girls (Leftie and Rightie).

Tanya-- Girl, if you have the points, then enjoy the 2 Oreos. Sounds like portion control was built right in. Too bad real-life Oreos don't come in 2 packs-- or time release containers that only release 2 every 72 hours or so.

Lori-- The binky in the baptismal font! You made me laugh out loud! That is CLASSIC! That binky is now HOLY. *genuflects before the Binky*

BKK--Welcome, nice to meet you!

Angela-- Woot for Noodlehead! What'd I tell ya ;) !

Hi everyone! Just a quick flyby for me. I have been crazy-busy at work the past week and have literally worked from dawn until way after dusk every night. I did take some time off on Saturday for a family day.

Well, this morning is not off to a very good start. I normally weigh in first thing on Monday mornings in my pajamas, but I missed my weigh in and will do it tomorrow morning. I awoke this morning to learn that my van had been stolen out of my driveway. :rage: I waited around over an hour until the police came to file a report and have been on the phone all morning with insurance poeple, etc. I plan to weigh in first thing tomorrow morning, but I expect to have a gain due to TOM. I have been OP the past week, but not so good about my water.

This week will be challenging as I am traveling to Boston. I will check in when I can.

Just got back from WI, and MAINTAINED!! Arrrrgg!! I did so perfectly this week, and even stepped up my water, and NOTHING!! oh well, maybe it will catch up next week.

Back for some hellos...

Emma- Sorry to hear about your van! That has got to be scary! Amazing how thieves can be so sneaky!

Tree-Yes, you did tell me!! Thanks so much for the suggestion! I love it. I'm gonna go get the shampoo conditioner and spray this week!! GL at your WI!!!

Laurie- Don't you just love that onion soup? I always get an extra one to take to work the next day.

Sarah- Such a nice positive attitude on a Monday morning!! WTG!

Sumari- Good morning!!

Janie- Shopping alone is such bliss! Doesn't happen very often, does it? :)

CDV- Chin up buddy. That cake sounds good!!

Gina- That's wonderful news about the biopsy!! Thank God! Key Lime Pie is one of my fav's! I can't hardly get around the stuff, or it will all be down hill from there!! WTG on saving up for it!

Mamaof4- WTG on the weigh in!! and the planting!!

Sue- too cute about the worm song!! I remember when Dalton got out of K. I was so sad!! Now I am dreading next year when he gets out of elementary!! AAAHHHHHH!!!!

Barb- What a nice gift from hubby!! Glad you FINALLY got the pkg, but sounds like you are sticking with NoodleHead along with me!!

Bookowl- Momlette!! Too funny!

BKK- Welcome buddy!!

DREAMZ- Good job on the workouts. Think after you wash those windows you could come my way? I don't think I've washed windows in over a year!! Yipes!!

Bunny- GL making the right choices. I know you can do it!

Wendy- Sounds like you had a nice Mom's day. Coconut LIme is my fav! Very summery!

Lizzy- Have fun lip synching!! How fun is that!!

Jilli- Hope you have fun watching Corey tonight, and that he isn't too grouchy!

Jen- I'm with you.. I'd take off early, and not worry about who I made mad!!

Gotta run again...

I have a half hour before I go get Cory from school so I thought I would come say hello's to everyone. The contractors blew me off today which is bad news because they had to do work to get ready for inspection tommorow. Insert a sigh and throwing my hands up in the air. I am past the point of getting sick over this garbage, I just said to Jeff we deal as it comes up. There was alot of work to be finished (mostly outside) and we definately did not put enough money into escrow to cover what this will cost. So I have accepted that I live with the stupid mistake and get on with life. We will do what we can outback this year and finish it up next year. Anyway my other angst is Jeff cannot get out to come to Cory's concert tonight. I feel so bad because that child is going to be devestated. It's not Jeff's fault but I'm mad at the circumstance. Isn't it always up to the Mom's to cover Dad's behinds? Thus why Mothers day should be celebrated more than once a year....my opinion of course.

Anywhooooooooo onward to hello's for me!

Jen - Thank you for the call, I'm sorry I couldn't talk. I was busy berating Jeff for not having the power to give my body more strength LOL...meaning I was taking my weight lifting frustrations out on him. I am glad you got a great Mothers day present!

Kathy - I'm trying to fight the Monday blues also. I could of taken advantage of a gorgeous day here!

Lizzy - Have fun lip synching...it sounds like a good time although work is involved. Did you notice I haven't been giving many shout outs to my Yankee's...oy. They are horrid this year.

Smash - Legoland sounds amazing, I would probably have more fun than my ds.

Lori T - Thanks..got the note, I'll write back later. Got some meds for smudge today, but she has to go see doc at the end of the week.

Bluff - I can't wait to see pics of ballerina girl. Who would of doubted she would be the belle of the ball??

Wendy - Your so cute with the candle smells..actually their banana bread gets me everytime. I would do ok with lemon meringue as I hate it in real life. Love lemon but not that kind, yuck.

Bunny - Try to be strong and keep your buddies in your back pocket while your out and about!

Androm - My new windows are suppossed to come fold inside...I can wait to try it out after the summer, but I hope its as easy as they say...to be continued. Have a great night.

Brandy - Welcome aboard. I LOVE garage sales..I go every Saturday morning with my son, its our special time together! Good luck on your journey, you'll definately get great support here :)

Book - Love the "momlette". Thats awesome. I don't know that I would trust dh or ds on my stove, they are both stove illiterate lol. Jeff made me shake n bake when we were dating and tried to cook it in a pot on top of the stove...if that gives you any clues as to why they would rather take me out LOL.

Beeb - Miss chatting darlin..one of these days. Good job to dh on your mom's day present. Very stylish. I hope you feel better sweetie, has your doctor ever thought of putting you on Topamax for the migranes? My bf and Cory have chronic migranes and the stuff is miracle worthy. Not to mention...curbs the appetite.

Sue - Thanks for the encouragement on the weight training. Its so hard, I miss working out let alone training my clients. The medicine is sucking the life out of me darlin. Can't wait to see the GI doc this week to discuss the meds, they aren't helping at all and making me miserable to boot. What can you do but hold your head up and deal with a smile? I am also waiting very patiently for all the pathology, can you say angst?? GREAT JOB ON THE LOSS THIS WEEK, its about time for you girl. Glad you found a way to work it.

Mama of 4 - Great job to you...keep up the inspiring weight loss!!!

Gina - LOL at taking it slow...I have no choice. You know me very well my friend, it feels like someone stole my batteries!!!

Ang - Too funny about the perverted geezer. Hell woman, take the compliments from whomover will dole them out! I just bought the new infusium no frizz...I'll keep you posted and let you know how it works on my curliness. I always used their max body leave in conditioner..hope this is a bit better with the frizzies.

CDV - The dessert sounds great! Feel better sweetie.

Janie - I'm not really back to my routine yet, just pretending haha. I hope the asthma lets up soon!

Sumari - Keith really did a great job this mothers day!!! Love the locket, what a beautiful gift.

Sarah - Amazing weight loss, I'm so happy for you buddy.

OK, not doing to bad today with my food choices. I always bring my 1/2 cup of WW Flakes and Fiber + 3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats and an individual FF soy milk with me for each day I am traveling. I made the mistake of eating the continental breakfast for a week once and put on 5 pounds!! NO JOKE! So now I travel with my breakfast!!! So I had that this AM, followed by a smallish salad with grilled chicken on top and FF honey mustard dressing for lunch. After getting done with my meetings at about 2, I walked 3 blocks down to Publix and picked up a bowl of fresh cut fruit and a FF yogurt and some water. And can I say that I am SOOOOOO jealous of all of the Smart Ones frozen desserts they had!!!!! Like 6 or 7!!!! I had never seen any of them before except for the little sundae thing, and I knew about the éclairs...even though I can never find them!! I was so bummed that I could not buy one and try one, but I wanted to save my points for dinner tonight.

OK, I feel better now that I have griped about the desserts! It was as if they were toying with me!!! Now I will be on a crusade to get them in the stores in Phoenix.

Oh, and has anyone tried the diet coke with splenda?? Tastes less diety, and more like regular coke.

TREE - We should totally invent a time release thing for red light foods! They have dog feeders like that....it opens up separate doors on a time lapse system. We should be able to put Oreos and thing in it and have them open every 3 days like you said!!! Maybe WW would buy the concept from us and you can pay off your loans with the proceeds! Hahahaha!

Update: The police found my van, but it was in an accident. I won't know the extent of the damage until at least tomorrow when the officer comes back on duty. I would imagine that any damage will be significant since it is a 10 year old van...

Lizzy- I have never been to Boston before. I am traveling for work, and I won't have a lot of control over where we go, etc. But, I am looking forward to venturing out during the evenings. I definitely plan to check out the fitness room at the hotel.

Emma - So sorry about your van. I must of seemed insensitive in my post to you...I really didnt' read at that point I was late to pick up the little man. Good thing he's a slo poke. I hope its not too damaged to put back in the driveway.

Lizzy - I laugh when I read about your theme days because my mom works for a similiar type facility in FL. She was just telling me tommorow is Disney Day and she went out in my honor and got a tinkerbell t-shirt. I told her to walk around and leave a trail of pixie dust LOL. Today they had Sports day. She said they had the clients in golf hats.
