This is a really good recipe that I got at my WW meeting. I loved it! Hope you enjoy.

Chicken Paprikash - 4 servings - 4 points per serving

2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small red pepper, diced
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can chicken broth
1 pound chicken breast, sliced
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

Spray skillet with Pam. Saute vegetables about 5 minutes. Stir in pepper, salt, and paprika. Cook 30 seconds. Put in bottom of slow cooker. Add broth. Place strips of chicken breast into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours. Stir flour and sour cream together. Stir into chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low about 10 minutes or until heated.

Here is one that I promised. I got it from my TOH BB. There are lots of great recipes there. Course, some of them probably came from here. lol




CARAMEL APPLE SALAD





servings | 6
POINTS per serving | 3
course | desserts

1 1/2 cup apple(s)
4 serving FF butterscotch pudding mix
20 oz Canned Pineapple Tidbits in Juice
24 serving Cool Whip FF Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows


Instructions


Combine Pineapple (with juice) and pudding mix (1 small box) together and mix well. Add Cool Whip (8 oz. size tub) then marshmallows and the 1 1/2 cup of apples (chopped). Stir all together.
