This is a really good recipe that I got at my WW meeting. I loved it! Hope you enjoy.
Chicken Paprikash - 4 servings - 4 points per serving
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small red pepper, diced
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can chicken broth
1 pound chicken breast, sliced
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
Spray skillet with Pam. Saute vegetables about 5 minutes. Stir in pepper, salt, and paprika. Cook 30 seconds. Put in bottom of slow cooker. Add broth. Place strips of chicken breast into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours. Stir flour and sour cream together. Stir into chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low about 10 minutes or until heated.
