Instant Potatoes

I know potatoes are core by themselves, but I never seem to have to time to wait to bake or cook them.

I heard about these new Steam N Mash potatoes and wonder if they are core. Ingredients: Potatoes, Salt, Disodium Dihydrgen Pyrophosphate.

Also, has anyone tried Paradise Valley All Natural instant mashed potatoes? (I find them at Costco). They are only 1 point per serving. Ingredients: Potatoes, butter, salt.

If you get some of those vegetable steamer bags by Ziploc they steam a great mashed potato in just a few minutes. Then you can just smash them and your seasonings.
