View Full Version : Need tennis elbow advice

I think I overdid some wrist curls a few days ago and now have a mild case of tennis elbow. Should I take a break from upper body work until it heals or are there weight/toning exercises I can continue to do without aggravating the condition?

I have no advice but I can't wait to hear any that you get.
I had such bad tennis elbow about 4 years ago that I am still afraid to play.

I play tennis all the time. Unfortunately, I've never had a tennis elbow.

I think you just take it easy for a couple of days, and if the condition doesn't improve after that, see a doctor.
