Having a bad week
My name is Toria and I haven't used the forum before. I am going to weightwatchers and have been doing so for about 8 months. I am trying to lose weight for a wedding in June and I have lost 22lb so far but am finding it really hard at the moment. I wondered if anyone who is doing well has any tips for me. I am a shift worker so find it hard sometimes to plan ahead.

Are you able to carry fruit to work? I find it helpful to have apples, oranges and bananas ready to get past hunger at work.
Do you Journal? That is the best way to know where you stand so that you KNOW what points you can spend on food.
Are you getting enough water? Lately that has been my challenge. I have to keep bottled water at work and remind myself to drink.
What are you doing for exercise?
