Crockpot Broccoli & Cauliflower Supreme

Vegetables get a creamy, delicious sauce in this super-simple crockpot recipe!

1 1/2 lbs. broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups cauliflower florets,cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can 98% FF cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.

The only points involved are from the can of soup - figure points according to what you use!

A great way to get some VEGGIES in, especially during those cold winter months.....

Hello! This looks terrific. Do you know if it's possible to use frozen veggies instead of the chopped, fresh ones?

I was wondering about using frozen veggies as well. Would it come out the same or are fresh much better?

I make this with frozen veggies (but add chicken breasts on top, and the soup on the chicken) and it comes out delish!! I'm going to make it now without the chicken sometimes--thanks, Char!
