Hey all!

Made this today. It is one of my specials.

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, lean and mean
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water
6 cloves garlic
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tab worcheshire sauce
1 tab molasses
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tab olive oil
1/4 cup catsup
tabasco to taste

place tenderloin, tomato sauce, chopped garlic, vinegar, water, worcheshire sauce in crock pot on high until the pork shreds all the way through, with a fork. Remove the pork from the sauce. Shred. In a large separate pan, saute the onion, green pepper and celery in the oil til slightly carmelized and transparent. Add the tomato sauce from the crock pot, the catsup and the pork into the onion mix. Cook until the flavors are blended.

This is the best. Serve with rice or on a roll.

This sounds great but what is the serving size, how many servings does it make and how many points is it? I'd love to try it! Please let me know!

Hi Gillie,

I haven't had the time to run the point. I ate 4 oz. and counted it as 5 points.
