Fantastic 30's
very easy to throw together in the morning.

4 chicken breast, boneless (4oz each)
1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (i used canned)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp black pepper

Spray slowcooker with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in bottem of crockpot. In a med. bowl combine soup an mushrooms. Add celery, onion andspices. Mix well. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.

Each serving equals: 180 calories, 4 grams of fat, 1 gram fibre, 25 grams of protein, 11 gr. of carbs, 459mg of sodium, 30 mg of calcium
