Low Calorie Minestrone Soup
1/2 Cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 Cup thinly sliced carrot
2 cloves garlic minced
3/4 cup (about 1 large) potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (16oz tomatoes, undrained
1 cup thinly slice zucchini
1/2 lb green bean, but into 1 in. pieces
1/2 cup broken spaghetti
3 cups hot water
2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon granedes
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 onion (optional)

in a 3qt casserole, combine all ingredients.
cover, microwave at high 25 to 35 minutes
or until vegatables are tender stirring once or twice.
**or you can do like I am gonna do amd double or triple this and cook on the stove until everything is tender....then freeze for lunches and or dinners.... **

2oz spaghetti is 4 points
fat about 1g
I am guessing that the 4 points is all it will cost, because everything else is veggies and good for you. If I figured this wrong, let me know...
