I call this stuff because I guess it is just sauteed shrooms and onions but I add a little bit of "BAM" to spice it up (for all you Emeril fans )

1/2 lb mushrooms
1 onion (I like vidalia)
2 cloves of garlic (or however much YOU like...I happen to adore garlic)
1/4 cup of red wine (I use Merlot but red cooking wine is probably okay)
Cajun spice to taste (I use Konriko's)

Spray Garlic flavored Pam in a fry pan. Dump shrooms, onion, and garlic in and sautee for about 5 minutes on med to high.
Pour wine on the mixture and stir for a couple more minutes. Once the mixture is cooked to your desire, sprinkle the cajun spice on it.

If I have an extra point that I "want" to use, I will put a slice of FF cheese on it. I eat this at least twice a week. It can be put in a pita pocket or eaten alone.
