Diabetic No-Fat Shredded Romaine & Jicama Salad o points WOW oh WOW

1 small head Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 small jicama, cut into thin slices, then cut the slices into thin
strips
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons cilantro
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place lettuce and jicama in a salad bowl. Combine yogurt with remaining
ingredients and pour over salad.
