    Exercises not only keep us active but also help us in burning body fat, losing extra weight and prevent us from major health issues like depression, anxiety, stress and cardiovascular disease. So we must exercise regularly for an active and healthy life.

    Good points. Just wanted to add the importance of strength training to maintain muscle.
