Default Converting steps to AP points

I have a Fit Bit and love it because it keeps tracks of the number of steps and miles taken each day along with some other great information. That said, I do not know how to convert daily steps to WW activity points. I understand that the WW tools is able to covert steps to AP but I do not have WW etools. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch.

Generally speaking, they give you one AP for each 1000 steps. They are mostly a motivational thing now though because under the new WW system, they don't encourage people to use their AP.

Personally, I think it's silly and people who do a lot of activity like running long distance, etc SHOULD convert some of their AP for food. Hope this helps.
