Default Does WWE work with a low carb high protein diet?

I was successful with ww about 10 years ago. I have gained the weight back and now due to severe insulin resistance my doc wants me to follow a low carb high protein plan. Is that doable with the latest version of ww?

I believe the new WW program is considered lower carb than the previous programs. You can still eat them, but the points value for many of the carb foods are higher while the lean proteins are much lower. Fruit and veggies (non starchy) veggies are all 0 points.

Weight Watchers is a balanced plan that one can follow for "life". However, I think it's always good to limit carbs/sugar and sat.fat.
