    Hi everyone,

    I recently lost 16 pounds but have since not been able to lose any more. I count all my points and exercise. Any ideas on how to get through this plateau?

    How long has it been since you last lost? 3 months is a plateau.
    Track every bite on paper or e tools.
    Weigh and measure every bite
    watch your fruit you may be eating too much.
    Change your exercise up a bit.
    These measures work. They're all important.

    I agree with Peg. Also, you may be feeling "comfortable" with your weight loss and just not realizing your having that extra little "something". I'm a bit like that.

    It's a shock to see how many points some of these foods contain.

    I'm sure you can push through it.

    Eat to feed your body, not to feed your emotions.

    I have also hit a plateau. I have been tracking what I eat, drinking lots or water, and exercising 3 to 5 times a week. I have weighted the same weight for about 2 months now. I don't know what else to do.
