Re: What One Thing have I done today to advance my cause?
I finally admitted I cannot do this alone, I would lose then gain it right back. so I went online last week and signed up for a 3 month WW meetings and online program. I faced the music on Tuesday, I have been POP all week, I am loving it. I feel in control, I feel proud of myself, what a relief. I am not going to beat myself for not doing this sooner. I am going to face forward and do this.
