    Default 78 in six months

I know it seems fast but I have followed WW faithfully and never gone off program. The pictures say it all. I feel wonderful. I am not one to show pictures of myself easily. I do this as part of wanting to be one of the 5%. I am doing everything I can to be part of the 5%.

This is me today August 13, 2008 after 6 months on WW and 78 pounds later.

Me neither Emma. I barely recognize my body as well as my demeanor.

Thank you all for the lovely responses. I really hardly recognize the person in the second photo as me. It is a wonderful feeling and will keep me going for the rest of this journey.

Thank you for the lovely responses. I am doing CORE 100% and the only exercise I do right now is extra walking from here to there plus one hour a day on the exercise bike in two thirty minute increments. I have really bad knees and can't do much more than the bike. Thank you all for the lovely words.
