Default Update - still managing even with Christmas

    Hi All

Not posted for a while - i reached my goal weight and some (with work in the gym) to have to tackled Christmas.

Back to Weight Watchers next week although have started back on 19 points already this week.

First weighin after Christmas will be next Tuesday.

    Pre WW = 169.5 (June 07)
    GW = 146lb (Achieved Oct 07)
Lowest achieved = 144.5 lb Early December 07
Weighed in 27th Dec at 147.5 lb - not much i know but havent weighed in at WW - that might give me a bigger shock!

Back to the gym Tuesday - my skinny jeans are on the tight side!
Still could get on my wedding outfit- thankfully!!

WTG Theresa! You look fantastic! Way to jump in and get busy when your jeans started feeling tight, instead of ignoring it until they just didn't fit! Great job hitting goal, and showing all of us how it is done!

One of my sweeties at school came up to me and put his arms up (I thought he was going to hug me - HA!) and said, while flapping my upper arms "Mrs. M---, why do your arms move like this?"

    Not this summer, baby!

Thanks to all for the kind words. Still maintaining - currently 10st 4.5lbs (144.5lbs) - have now taken up running - aiming to run 5k on the 29th June - running the 'Race for Life' (raising money for Cancer Research UK).

My 9 year old daughter is also having a go - so we should hopefully raise something towards this worthy cause. http://www.raceforlife.org/

We just need to keep moving and this will help us keep both healthy and happier!

Got into a UK size 10 last week - US size 6 - this is a massive achievement. We can all achieve our goals - this site is full of inspirational stories.

    Thanks again

    Theresa

Thanks everyone - once again. Going on a beach holiday this year and going to wear a bikini with pride - first time ever!!

Feel so much better - both in appearance and healthwise.

Went to give blood the other day and the nurse asked me how much i weighed because i was so slim!! Ha ha - never heard that before.....

Keep it up - it is definitely worth it in the end - its hard work but the benefits are worth it.

Good luck and all my best wishes

    Theresa
