I was in a hurry this morning, but this is what I threw into the crock pot:
1.18 lb 95% ground sirloin - browned and drained
1 big can diced tomatoes
1 regular can Brooks mild chili beans
1 dried hot pepper with seeds
1/2 red pepper
chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes
I saved the cans, but they are at home and I am not. Any idea how many points this would be? I *think* that I recall the beans being abouts 140 cal per serving, but I didn't notice the fiber/fat and I didn't notice the serving size/servings per can either.
